Stadium Overview
Bristol Motor Speedway is the host of the inaugural Speedway Classic played between the Braves and Reds on August, 2nd 2025.

The field is situated in the infield next to Turn 1 and pointed towards Turn 2. The field dimensions are fairly standard measuring 330 feet down the lines and 400' to center. The slightly closer-than-averagecenter field is protected by a taller 12' fence, which disproportionately extends into the right side. The right field gap (375') is a bit shallower than the left side (384').

The most notable environmental factor is the 1,700 foot altitude in Bristol, which is higher than any MLB venue outside of Coors Field. It doesn't come close to the 5,200 feet in Denver, but it's higher than the 1,000 feet at Chase Field which does get a distance boost from the higher altitude.
