Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pal Sports LLC collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information in connection with Ballpark Pal.
This Privacy Policy applies to Ballpark Pal, including our website, platform, account features, subscription access, communications, analytics, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Pal Sports LLC ("Pal Sports," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, you acknowledge that we collect and use information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and information processed by third-party service providers that support the Service.
Account Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect your email address and authentication-related information, including information needed to support email/password login and login-code access.
If you are also a customer of one of our integration partners, we may confirm to that partner whether your email address is associated with an active Ballpark Pal subscription. See Section 4 for more detail.
Usage, Device, and Technical Information
We log certain usage and technical information in our database. This may include information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, access times, actions taken within the Service, login activity, error logs, and similar operational information.
Payment and Subscription Information
Paid subscriptions and checkout are handled by Whop. We do not directly store your full payment card information or directly process your card payments ourselves. Whop may collect and process payment, billing, subscription, and transaction information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Communications
If you contact us by email or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your email address and the contents of your message. We also send transactional emails, such as password reset emails and login codes.
2. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts;
- Provide subscription access and coordinate with subscription checkout and management providers;
- Confirm subscription status to authorized integration partners that you are also a customer of, when they request verification for a specific email address;
- Send login codes, password reset emails, account-related notices, and other transactional communications;
- Monitor, analyze, and improve Service performance, usability, reliability, and security;
- Detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, technical issues, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights; and
- Respond to support requests, privacy requests, and other inquiries.
3. Analytics and Tracking
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to help understand how users access and use the Service. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, and other usage information.
We do not use cookies beyond basic functionality, but third-party analytics tools may use cookies, tags, scripts, or similar technologies as part of their services. Your browser or device may allow you to block, limit, or delete cookies, but doing so may affect some functionality.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information and have no future plans to sell personal information.
We may share or make information available in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment and subscription providers. Customers check out through Whop, which manages subscriptions and payment-related processes. Although we do not directly share your data with Whop for checkout, your interaction with Whop is subject to Whop's own privacy practices.
- Email service providers. We use Resend to send transactional emails, including password reset emails and login codes.
- Analytics providers. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand and improve use of the Service.
- Infrastructure. We host the Service on a Kamatera Windows server. Information may be stored or processed on infrastructure we operate or maintain through that hosting environment.
- Integration partners. We work with a limited number of authorized partners that integrate with Ballpark Pal. When such a partner asks us whether a specific email address belongs to a current Ballpark Pal subscriber (typically because that email is also one of their customers), we may confirm whether that email is or is not associated with an active Ballpark Pal subscription. Partners receive only this single yes/no answer for the specific email they query — they do not receive lists of subscribers, customer names, billing data, account details, or any other information. Partners access this capability under credentials we issue to them and are subject to our partner terms.
- Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, government requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the Service and its users.
- Business transfers. If Pal Sports is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We generally retain information indefinitely unless and until we determine it is no longer needed, delete it in the ordinary course of business, or are required to delete it by law. This includes account information, technical logs, usage records, and support communications.
We do not currently provide an automated account deletion function. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at ballparkpal.site@gmail.com. We may retain certain information as necessary for legitimate business purposes, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or enforcement of our agreements.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system, network, website, database, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Users
Ballpark Pal is operated from the United States and is predominantly intended for users in the United States, but access is not restricted globally. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be collected, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws where you live.
8. Your Privacy Choices
You may contact us at ballparkpal.site@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.
You may also be able to control certain analytics or tracking technologies through your browser settings, device settings, or tools made available by analytics providers.
9. California Privacy Notice
This section is intended to provide additional information for California residents. Depending on whether applicable California privacy laws apply to Pal Sports, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive information about certain personal information practices, as well as the right to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.
We do not sell personal information. We also do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information from individuals under 18.
In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: email address, IP address, account identifiers, and similar information;

We use these categories of information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, managing accounts, supporting subscriptions, sending transactional emails, analytics, security, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance.
We may also disclose limited subscription-status information (the fact that an email address is or is not associated with an active subscription) to authorized integration partners as described in Section 4. We do not sell personal information and do not engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.
To submit a California privacy request, contact us at ballparkpal.site@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

11. Children and Minors
The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we may delete that information and terminate the associated account.
If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at ballparkpal.site@gmail.com.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Service may reference, link to, or interact with third-party websites or services, including Whop, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Resend, and authorized integration partners that interact with Ballpark Pal as described in Section 4. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, policies, or content of third-party services. You should review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a revised Privacy Policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
