The last weekend of the regular season will kick off with temperatures ranging from 60° to 90° across the slate. The most distinguishing weather feature on Friday is low air pressure which will accompany every outdoor venue except Seattle. Like warmer temperatures, low pressure is a factor that helps the ball carry farther. Fly ball distance will be further aided by high humidity levels at many venues as well this evening.
The top-rated scoring environment on Friday is in Boston where the normally run-friendly Fenway Park gets a moderate boost from the low pressure and light out-blowing wind. As usual, the additional runs at Fenway are expected to come from in-play hits rather than home runs. The more balanced Nationals Park also rates well for hitters this evening where it will be 82° at start time.
Sutter Health Park is the top-rated park for home runs on Friday. The minor league venue in Sacramento will likely finish its inaugural MLB season with the 2nd most home runs in the league. Weather has been a main contributor as the open-air venue has been one of the most wind-receptive stadiums in the league - a factor that's been amplified further by the usually hot temperatures. It will be a dry 90° for Royals / Athletics tonight with an 8 mph wind blowing out to left-center (a bit lighter than usual).
Speaking of home runs, Citizens Bank Park and Yankee Stadium are the next most favorable on Friday with the low pressure and warm temps making the smaller dimensions at each more accessible. The left side in The Bronx is actually pretty deep, but the short porch in right is one of the top spots for homers in the league. Most of the perimeter in Philadelphia is shorter than standard, however, except for a small sliver of fence in center field.
Some of the more pitcher-friendly spots on Friday are where temperatures are below 70°, including Milwaukee where the roof is expected to be open for Reds / Brewers. It's also cooler on the West Coast this evening with San Diego, Seattle, and Anaheim all expecting temps in the 60s.
Oracle Park will get its usual 60° forecast with wind blowing out. As noted here throughout the season, the forecast calls for out-blowing wind more than 98% of the time at Oracle, but that direction doesn't translate to the field as expected. Oracle has the 3rd fewest home runs this season (1.79 per game), which is in line with where it's been historically.

Out-blowing wind tends to correlate with warmer temperatures, and vice versa. The Corners are very deep and guarded by 16-foot-tall-fences. An extremely shallow porch in left-center makes for a cheap home run target. | -0.01 | +0.53 | -0.44 | +0.37

Straight-away center is close to home plate but extends to an extremely deep right-field gap. Cool temperatures are the norm and the ever-present out-blowing wind is neutralized by the stadium architecture. | -0.48 | +0.13 | +1.39 | +0.23
